About ME

Hi, I am Monica Andrews. I am an artist based out of Syracuse, NY with connections to Ithaca, NY, Saratoga Springs, NY, and Boulder, CO. I am currently a senior at Skidmore College studying Art History and Studio Art. Fine Arts and Graphic Design have been two passions of mine since I was very little. Growing up under the roof of a Graphic Designer, drawing, design, and illustration became interests of mine at a very young age. I have since grown to become a freelance artist and designer working on projects such as book covers, album covers, and t-shirt designs. I have interned and worked for institutions such as Everson Museum of Art, Tang Teaching Museum, and Skidmore College where I designed collateral and web optimized advertisements and internal communications materials. I am proficient in the Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office, and WordPress. Aside from my life as an artist and designer, I love to hike and rock climb.
